If you’re craving something ultra-creamy, cozy, and ridiculously easy… this slow cooker rice bowl delivers every time 🍚✨

🥣 Creamy Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken & Rice

The 1 Mixture

Whisk together:

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

That’s your magic mixture — rich, savory, and perfectly creamy.

🛒 What You’ll Need

  • 1½ cups uncooked long-grain white rice (rinsed)
  • 2–3 raw chicken breasts (optional but recommended for protein)
  • The creamy mixture above
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (optional but amazing)

👩‍🍳 How to Make It

  1. Add rinsed rice to the slow cooker.
  2. Place raw chicken on top (if using).
  3. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over everything.
  4. Cover and cook:
    • LOW for 3–4 hours
    • or HIGH for 2–3 hours
  5. Once done, shred the chicken directly in the pot.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese and let melt for 5 minutes.

Spoon into bowls and enjoy.

🔥 Why It’s So Addictive

  • The rice absorbs all that creamy, seasoned flavor.
  • Cream cheese makes it velvety.
  • Ranch adds a savory tang that keeps you going back for another bite.

Easy Upgrades

  • Add broccoli in the last 30 minutes
  • Stir in cooked bacon bits
  • Sprinkle Cajun seasoning for a kick
  • Swap chicken for mushrooms for a vegetarian version

It’s simple, budget-friendly, and feels like comfort food in a bowl.
